This heavy-duty 36" x 84" Overlap Freezer Door is engineered for demanding low-temperature walk-in freezer applications. It provides a complete, energy-efficient thermal barrier with a fully enclosed 4-sided heated frame to prevent ice buildup and ensure consistent, reliable operation in sub-freezing environments.

Design Type: Overlap Style (door mounts on the exterior face of the cooler wall, creating a tight perimeter seal against the heated frame).
Frame Configuration: 4-Sided Heated Frame (includes a heated header, jambs, and threshold to provide complete, 360-degree protection against door freezing and frost accumulation).

To prevent condensation, a minimum 2" from the walk-in exterior surface is required. High humidity conditions may require force ventilation in addition to Installation site clearance. Floor must be true and level within 3/16" per 10' or additional costs may be incurred.
